If you notice something about a product — an intolerance, a damaged seal, information that is not correct — report it here. One address, one point of contact, no sign-in needed.

This address is our central point of contact for product safety — for customers, for practices that recommend products, and for authorities. You do not need an account or an order number to use it.
What helps us
If you have it to hand: the product name, the batch number and the best-before date from the label, your order number and what exactly happened. If any of that is missing, write anyway — an incomplete report is better than none, and we will ask.
If you feel unwell, contact a doctor or the medical out-of-hours service first. This address is not an emergency number and is not read around the clock.
If a product is recalled
If it turns out that something is wrong with a product, we notify everyone who ordered it through vitalmyn in the last 6months — by email to the address the order was placed with, and also in the account, if there is one. Orders placed without an account are included.
That message says which product is affected, what you should do with it and whom you can contact. You do not need to sign in anywhere or subscribe to anything for this.
Who is responsible for the product
Vitalmyn sells the products itself and is the food business operator within the meaning of the LMIV (EU Food Information Regulation). Our contact details are in the legal notice. Send your report to the address above — we handle it and follow it up.
